Shipping & Delivery Info

Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Within 24 hours, a tracking ID will be sent to you so you can monitor the shipment in real time. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays or promotional periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days from the purchase date. All items must be returned in perfect, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.

Please note:

- We do not accept returns on items damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.

- If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
