Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can click the dedicated link included in the email communications you will receive after placing your order, in order to access the “View Order” section. In this section, you can select the “Request return” button to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You may also send an email to customercare@fluxuseyewear.com, stating your order number and the email address used to make the purchase.
You will receive an email confirming that your withdrawal request has been received, together with the return instructions.
Products must be returned within 14 days and:
· must not be damaged or worn beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and characteristics
· must be returned complete with accessories, labels, and tags.
The return shipping costs are borne by us and we will arrange the shipment.
Once we have received and checked the returned products, we will issue the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
